We are more than welcome to entertain your rush orders. However, digital embroidery rush orders are subjected to a rush fee with a certain number of times without an additional charge.
Are payments are processed through credit cards (Visa/Master). The credit cards are processed using PayPal.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our digital embroidery work we do not offer returns on the custom designs. However, you can always ask for revisions if there’s an error. We can always fix the design and develop it to your satisfaction without any additional charges.
